Job Description We're excited to announce we are hiring a Branch Sales Counter Associate. Shift is Monday - Friday and some Saturdays occasionally. All new hires will undergo a background check and drug screen prior to the start date. Carrier is an equal opportunity employer. Counter sales- Greet customers, order equipment in computer, track parts for customers and communicate updates to customers. Keep the showroom clean and organized. Check new equipment as it arrives, check new equipment for damage, reorder supplies to ensure branch stays stocked. Answer phone, place phone orders, troubleshoot and answer any questions customers may have. Responsible for promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors. Provide superior customer service to our customers. Provide counter sales support for our showroom/parts stores.
