RESTRICTIONS APPLY (Ask your recruiter for more information) What You'll DoAs an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of your store by:Leading & Supporting: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed. Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.Delivering Great Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Build positive relationships with regular guests.Managing the Store: Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.Driving Efficiency: Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.What We're Looking ForWe're searching for team players who are ready to step up and lead.Experience: 2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
