You understand how adults learn and how to translate strategy into actionable, engaging learning experiences.Youre organized, empathetic, and data-drivenable to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery. Most importantly, youre passionate about helping people grow and are excited to facilitate the enablement function for one of the most dynamic teams at FiscalNote.This position has a base salary of $105,000 - 115,000 annually.#LI-HR1 What to Expect in this PositionSupport strategy, planning, and execution of all training and development initiativesDesign, build, and deliver training programs focused on skill development, onboarding, and continuous learning for the BD teamPartner closely with BD leadership to identify skill gaps, define competencies, and create targeted learning roadmapsFacilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and coaching programsManage and optimize the BD content library, sales tech stack, and LMS to ensure accessibility, adoption, and impactDrive enablement operations including coordination of training requests, calendars, and program communicationsLead major enablement events such as Sales Kickoff and quarterly enablement summitsEstablish clear metrics for successmeasuring engagement, adoption, and performance impact of enablement initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations to align training with product launches and go-to-market prioritiesWhat Sets You Apart3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or Sales Leadership, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environmentProven success in designing and delivering sales or business development training programsStrong facilitation and presentation skills; comfortable leading group sessions at all levelsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with precision and urgencyExperience with enablement tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Monday.com, and LMS systems (e.g., Seismic, SkillJar)Strong analytical skills and ability to measure training effectiveness using data (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or Tableau)Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organizationA growth-oriented mindset and passion for building world-class enablement programs from the ground upExcited about this role, but don't meet 100% of the expected qualifications listed above?
