Application for Employment Employment Application for Greeter Position Summary: The Greeter maintains a bubbly and customer-centric atmosphere within the retail store. All Customer Service Greeters acknowledge all customers in a friendly and prompt manner. Greeters provide valuable information on all things GigaParts, to include: event information, product/category locations; and serves as a customer-centric team member who works hard to ensure each guest has a great experience throughout their visit Overall Duties: Acknowledges every customer and greets with delight Remains aware of all advertised sales Identify and support evaluating customers’ needs Promote all in-store programs (classes, workshops, product launches and more) Remains aware of all in-store “events” Checks in all customer merchandise for return Stocks and maintains cash register and localized area to ensure regular cleanliness Assist the Retail Sales team with day-to-day operations as needed All other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Ability to work constantly standing and/or walking during a shift Light work to including lifting, squatting and moving objects up to 20 pounds by self Excellent organizational skills and attention to details Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-starter and initiative while unsupervised Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
