Application for Employment Employment Application for Service Advisor An energetic and confident individual that enjoys solving problems is needed to fill the position of Service Advisor. While this position serves as a liaison between our computer technicians and our customers, NO technical skill or knowledge is required to perform this job successfully. The Service Advisor’s primary duties include: Perform the check-in process for devices brought in for repair at our retail location Contact customers to review needed repairs after technicians diagnose the issue(s) Provide exceptional customer service and be empathetic to frustrated customers Answer telephone calls Assist the Retail Sales team with day-to-day operations Relevant work history may include retail, food service, bank tellers, greeters/receptionist, clerical, or customer service and service advisors in other industries.
