It’s a career-defining opportunity.Construction Sales Talent is partnering with a well-established North American fall-protection solutions provider to identify a high-caliber Territory Sales Manager for their Orlando operation.This role is ideal for a technical, consultative B2B salesperson who thrives in complex environments, enjoys face-to-face selling, and wants to work on projects that directly impact worker safety.If you’re tired of transactional sales, generic products, or chasing low-value deals, this role offers something different.Why this opportunity stands outThis is a true consultative sales role, not a remote inside sales position.You’ll be based in the Orlando office, collaborating daily with engineering, estimating, and leadership while spending meaningful time on-site with customers across industrial, manufacturing, and commercial facilities.You’ll sell engineered solutions into environments such as distribution and fulfillment centers with advanced automation, food and beverage manufacturing facilities, aircraft manufacturing and maintenance hangars, industrial manufacturing plants, and transportation and maintenance facilities.Few sales roles offer this level of access, complexity, and real-world impact.What you’ll ownYou’ll manage your territory like a business.You will build and manage a full sales pipeline using both company-provided and self-generated leads, conduct site visits and facility assessments, partner with internal engineers to design compliant fall-protection solutions, engage with safety managers, operations leaders, procurement teams, and executives, navigate longer consultative sales cycles, forecast and track opportunities through CRM, represent the organization at industry and promotional events when required, and consistently meet or exceed revenue and margin targets.This role is a strong fit if youThrive in solution-based, consultative B2B technical salesPrefer face-to-face selling over fully remote or inside-only rolesEnjoy working from an office alongside engineering, estimating, and leadership teamsAre comfortable selling complex, engineered solutions rather than commoditiesCan clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical decision-makersTake full ownership of your territory, pipeline, and resultsAre self-directed, organized, and disciplined with time and follow-upWant uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance, not activityRequirementsIdeal background3+ years of consultative B2B sales experienceOR 5+ years in construction, industrial, or technical salesExperience selling complex or customized solutions to end usersComfortable reviewing drawings, specifications, or technical documentationStrong communication, organization, and time-management skillsCRM and MS Office proficiencyProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the industrial/commercial site environmentsMust be willing to climb ladders and walk on flat rooftops for site assessmentsNice-to-have (not required)Engineering or technical educationCAD or design software exposureFall protection, OSHA, ANSI, or EHS knowledgeCSP or ASP credentialsBenefitsCompensation and benefitsBase salary of $75,000Uncapped commission (details shared during interview process)Monthly auto allowance100% company-paid employee benefits401(k) with employer matchStrong internal support from engineering, estimating, and project management teams to succeed.Immediate start availableApply through Construction Sales Talent to start a confidential conversation at Constructionsalestalent.com/careersRequirementsMinimum of 4 years of B2B inside sales experience -selling to end users. Experience in a consultative selling environment into Procurement to C-Level contacts. Willingness to work at heights on rooftops to complete full site inspections of clients. Strong sales performer that constantly achieves goals and surpassing KPI's. Preferably degree educated as an Engineer. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written as well as verbal) Proactive mindset to recognize direct and indirect opportunities for lead generation and sales Self-motivated, individual contributor and team player Working knowledge of CRM tools, preferred Ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly growing environment Individual characteristics: As the Outside Regional Sales Manager, your attitude and aptitude are critical. You must be personally driven to hunt for business opportunities and exceed monthly sales targets. You will also need to demonstrate an ability to problem solve and take ownership of your work and responsibilities. You are part of the team, have access to support when needed, but will be most successful when you manage your time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities within the business.
