Our Manager, Salesforce CRM will manage the Salesforce team and Salesforce Organization throughout the planning and implementation of releases, including scheduling WOs and Projects. Responsible for the management of the Salesforce team workload, resource management and performance management. Why Carenet? Responsibilities Manages, trains, and develops staff:Communicates performance standards and objectives as well as conduct performance reviews including salary adjustmentsRecommends promotions, transfers, and dismissalsMonitors team and individual performances to ensure optimum resource utilization and productivityAdministers all Company policies and procedures, communicates to staff, interprets, as necessary , and ensures compliance and safetyCommunicates issues and challenges to direct manager in a timely manner to facilitate resolution Manages multiple, complex project plans, timelines, budgets, and internal/external resources successfully in a collaborative fast-paced environment. Perform design and estimating tasks for upcoming WO and Project requests. Manages Salesforce system capabilities in support of ComSol business needs. Identifies new features for the application and makes recommendations to streamline/improve processes. Coordinating and planning in support of researching, installing, configuring, optimizing, testing & deploying application software. Develops and deploys lightning pages / scripts, process flows, data updates and other technical tasks as needed Evaluates and recommends new software and hardware for operational effectiveness. Evaluates software and vendor credentials for major application replacement initiatives. Work with the Enterprise Application developer team when necessary to help support the life cycle of planning Salesforce upgrades and troubleshooting Salesforce system problems and the development of Salesforce solutions and or integrations. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices Understanding of CPQ Familiar with salesforce deployment strategies Qualifications Bachelor's or college degree in a marketing discipline or equivalent work experience. 5+ years experience in a product management or marketing specialist role, preferably in a B2B services environment Team management experience Experience working in a complex direct marketing environment that is fast paced and changing.
