Outside Commercial Sales Representative-Construction

Overhead Door Company of St. Louis , a DH Pace Company Inc. aspires to hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to develop relationships with existing customers and aggressively seek and secure new customers through prospecting activities to sell commercial doors and entry doors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and entry doors and related door products and services. Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, hospitals in St. Louis and surrounding areas Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:
Minimum three years outside sales experience Experience with Blue Prints/Plans and Specs highly desired Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task Must possess a Valid Driver's LicenseWhy DH Pace?
