This is a permanent full-time opportunity and is available to candidates across the Calgary, AB area. Benefits & Perks:Excellent Growth and Development opportunitiesOffer a comprehensive Benefits planStarting salary of $90,000k Responsibilities:Responsible for the collaboration with other departments to determine system requirementsParticipate in enterprise application implementations, enhancements, upgrades, maintenance, and supportLeverages change management methodologies to reduce risk and allow for disaster recoveryFunctions as a Business Analyst, Systems Developer, and technical liaison with FeneTech (Current ERP vendor)Monitors system performance and usage to maintain performance, security, accessibility, and reliabilityDevelops ERP business solutions and reporting solutions utilizing the latest FeneVision Technologies such as FeneVision WEB Sales Tools, Opening Designer, Bay and Bow Designer, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Business Intelligence, Production Tracking with Mobile Delivery, Optimization, Trucking and Delivery, Machine Interfaces, and Accounting Interfaces (Modules of Fenevision)Work with Corporate Systems Manager to develop information process maps and workflows for the organization. These process maps will be used for the configuration and validation of the ERP systemAnalyze and document configurations, workflows, processes, and procedures to provide recommendations for improvementsDefines system requirements, conducts fit/gap analysis, identifies feasible alternative solutions, and defines the scope of modificationsRecommends new features or changes to configuration/workflows based on user feedback and business process requirementsDevelops end-user documentation and technical documentation on developed solutions which contributes to the ERP Knowledge BaseCoordinates new software releases, fixes, and upgrades with FeneTech technical teams Qualifications:Degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or relevant disciplineMinimum of 5 experiences in ERP environment in a Manufacturing or industrial EnvironmentFamiliar with business process concepts and mapping (asset)Practical knowledge of at least one ERP application (Enterprise Resource Planning) and/or CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
