You'll help us expand into new markets, win early customers, and build scalable sales processes that drive long-term success. Ideal candidates have experience in Business Development or Sales Support, with a strong focus on lead generation and pipeline building. This is a quota-carrying position where you'll partner with Strategic Account Executives to develop and execute effective sales strategies for enterprise clients. What You'll Do: Generate outbound leads for commercial markets and close small-to-medium business deals Build interest in Meade Engineering's enterprise solutions within target accounts Develop and refine prospect messaging to maximize engagement Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness Establish relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts Support Account Executives with sales activities (approx. 25% of your time) Location: Tempe office | Eligible for Hybrid Schedule after 90 days.Benefits:All full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefit package that includes, but is not limited to, medical, dental, and vision insurance with 100% of medical premiums covered by the employer, short and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, a 401k plan, vacation time, paid holidays off, and yearly performance-based bonus eligibility.MEI is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
