About RGCC Founded in 1915 and shaped by legendary architect A.W. Tillinghast, RGCC is one of Minnesota’s most historic private clubs. In recent years, the club has undergone a remarkable transformation: Full Tillinghast restoration led by architect Tom Doak (reopened 2020) State-of-the-art practice facility TrackMan simulator lounge, fitness center, aquatics facility & Kids Club Clubhouse renovation, expanded outdoor dining, and new on-course amenities Complete re-grassing project (2023–2024), reopening with pristine new playing surfaces RGCC is now a year-round destination for golf, dining, fitness, social events, and family programming—offering a vibrant environment for members and a strong development pathway for staff.Experience RequiredExperience Required We are seeking a candidate who is committed to personal and professional growth within the golf industry. The ideal candidate will have: High School Diploma PGA Member, PGA Associate, or aspiring PGA Professional Experience working at a private or public facility Strong ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to daily operational needs A genuine desire to advance in the golf business and pursue long-term career development Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-level member service Essential ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do You’ll work directly with the Head Golf Professional and Golf Operations Team and play an important role in delivering an exceptional member experience.
