System Administrator - Level 2Clearance Level: Must have an Active Full Scope Poly to be considered for this positionLocation: Fort Mead, MDOur customer is seeking a System Administrator to contribute to national security programs with a federal intelligence agency.The System Administrator will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. The System Administrator will also manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. They will also provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. They System Administrator will provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.
