They are to help establish/maintain Potbelly as the best place for lunchFOCUSResponsibilitiesI SalesDrive catering sales and delivery business for shops within a given territory by cold calling, utilizing business lists, canvassing and Inside and Outside Sales presentationsIdentify new sales opportunities by effectively analyzing metrics trackers, program results and monitoring competitive activityIdentify, partner, and participate with local and national organizations that support catering/backline sales while building relationships and drive lead generationBuild a sales pipeline to effectively target competition and increase market shareII Build Relationships with CustomersDetermine top customers for shops by analyzing reports and acting as key sales liaison with them to ensure Potbelly is their preferred catering optionContact lapsed customers to understand how their catering needs have changed and build relationship to grow sales in the futureFollow-up appropriately with customers to ensure Potbelly is meeting and exceeding their expectationsIII Coach Shop TeamsPartner with District Managers (DMs) and General Managers (GMs) to develop sales strategies and tactics that build backline/catering sales and grow the brand in the neighborhoodCoach and support DMs and GMs and Back Line Coordinators (BLCs) in developing the outsides sales capabilities of their shops, including call backs and appropriate follow-up for ordersIV Marketing/Sales SupportWrite quotes and follow-up on web sales leads for a given territoryOther duties as assigned REPORTS TODistrict ManagersYou are applying to work with a franchisee of Potbelly Corporate.
