We’re seeking a Senior Strategic Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven strategies. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical expertise with business acumen, and thrives in a fast-paced, retail-focused environment. The Senior Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive sales, optimize operations, and support strategic initiatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:·Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, segmentation strategies and opportunities across various aspects of the retail business (e.g., sales, customer behavior, inventory, promotions, digital performance, marketing strategies).Develop and deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, Excel to support teams across the business.Work closely with stakeholders across merchandising, marketing, supply chain, finance, and store operations to understand analytical needs and deliver impactful solutions.Create predictive models and conduct scenario analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates and commentary.Work closely with IT and data engineering to improve data pipelines, reporting accuracy, and scalability of analytics solutions.Track and optimize performance across channels (retail stores, e-commerce, clienteling, events) to improve conversion and ROI.Provide insights into product performance and inventory turns, with a focus on high-value, slow-moving SKUs such as engagement rings, loose diamonds, and custom jewelry.Partner with merchandising and inventory teams to forecast demand, identify product trends, and recommend assortment changes.Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to analyze digital funnel performance, email campaigns, and paid media ROI.Support pricing and promotional analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability inclusive of retail price adjustment recommendations.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)4–6 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably in retail or a similar industryStrong skills in SQL and Excel, with the ability to work with and analyze large sets of dataExperience using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or SAP BusinessObjects to create reports and dashboardsFamiliar with statistical analysis and predictive modeling, helping teams make data-based decisionsAble to clearly explain complex data to others, both in writing and presentationsGood at managing multiple tasks or projects and meeting tight deadlines Knowledge of retail metrics, such as sales, inventory, or eCommerce performance, is a bonusBENEFITS & PERKS:Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family coveredFertility Benefits, with a max of $15,000, for participants in the U.S. medical plans/prescription plansGenerous 401(k) matching after just one year to help secure your financial futureAmple paid time off, plus seven holidays to recharge and unwindExclusive discounts on premium merchandise just for youDynamic Learning & Development programs to support your growth
