Position Overview:

As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand and document business requirements, analyze processes, and contribute to the design and implementation of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in business analysis, a deep understanding of IT systems, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Define and document functional and non-functional requirements for IT systems.
Solution Design:
  • Work closely with solution architects and developers to design technology solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Create detailed system specifications and process flows to guide development teams.
  • Provide input into the selection and implementation of software applications.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to conduct testing, identify issues, and facilitate resolution.
  • Ensure the successful deployment of technology solutions into production.
Change Management:
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to manage change effectively.
  • Provide training and support to end-users during the implementation of new systems or processes.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance and user adoption.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis.
Qualifications:

Requirements:

Formal Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Knowledge & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on IT projects.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
