This is more than a front desk role—it’s the heartbeat of our client-facing experience.You’ll greet every guest, manage key administrative operations, and set the tone for a dealership that prides itself on hospitality, precision, and modern luxury. What You’ll Do As the Receptionist and Client Experience Specialist, you are the voice and presence of Genesis.Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming all guests and clients with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail Operating a multi-line phone system with discretion and efficiency Managing and reconciling daily payments and receipts Supporting dealership leadership and department heads with administrative tasks Maintaining the appearance and functionality of the showroom and client lounge Preparing refreshments and ensuring amenities are always guest-ready Supporting documentation, filing, and dealership reporting processes Keeping the environment calm, organized, and client-focused What We’re Looking For This is a role for someone who brings grace under pressure and a polished presence to everything they do.
