SPANISH SPEAKING A PLUSCompensation:$20 - $24 hourlyResponsibilities:Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. Qualifications:Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations SPANISH SPEAKING A PLUSAbout CompanyWe are a group specialty practice aiming to deliver the best patient experience every day.We offer excellent BENEFITS and BONUSES
