Responsibilities NV5 is seeking a full-time Survey Technician, for our Alpharetta, GA office. This entry level position will assist the Crew Chief and Survey Coordinator for timely completion of assignments. The most frequent and essential work activities include:Operate the survey total station and level instruments.Organize and maintain all survey field equipment.Assist Crew Chief with survey files and field calculations. Transporting and setup of surveying equipment and instruments.Implementing the safety plans and risk mitigation measures set forth.Clear vegetation or debris as directed for surveying measurements.Assist the Crew Chief in recording measurements by operating prism and level rods.Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager and Group Manager. Qualifications High School Diploma or GEDEntry level, 0+ years of experience.
