Lead the Powertrain Controls delivery for Ford's Flagship Products as they transition into various electrified architectures like, BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle), Hybrid, and ICE (Internal Combustion Engine). As a Project Control Engineer, you will drive the Powertrain Controls Software deliverables and timelines to support development, launch, post launch phases of Ford's transportation portfolios; lead / support PT Control System integration and testing for electrified and gas products through High Level Function Testing. You'll have...Bachelors Degree in Engineering2+ years Automotive product development experience 2+ years of experience Engineering Program or project management experience 2+ experience with CAN tools and data acquisition equipmentEven better, you may have…Masters degree in Automotive or Electrical Engineering Solid understanding of Ford Global Product Development System (GPDS) desiredAbility to manage different projects simultaneouslyDesire to work independently, and adapt to dynamic work environmentDemonstration of business acumen, organizational skills, and ability to learn new technology and processesExperience working with senior level managementExperience working with multi-functional teams, creating a collaboration across organizations, cultures and regionsEncourage teamwork and drive resolution on issuesSome experience in electrified powertrain applications and testing.
