Once you join our team, you will also have continuous coaching and support to help you achieve your individual earning goals.With a commission-driven structure, you have the potential to earn between 30% to 80% of your production. We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401K benefitAs a Construction recruiter on our team, you will have the following responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidatesAssist clients in filling urgent job positionsIdentify qualified candidates and connect them with clients for placementsUtilize our recruiting tools and materials effectivelyConduct thorough candidate screenings and prepare them for the interviewNegotiate job offers with candidates on behalf of clientsConduct reference checks on candidates To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications: Outstanding verbal and written communication skillsA proactive approach in sourcing clients and candidates through high outbound call activityComfortable building relationships over the phoneStrong ethical values and integrityEffective negotiation skillsWhile a degree is preferred, we welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
