To be successful, the candidate must have a strong knowledge of CRMs and an understanding of how they work together.Responsibilities:Creating/Approving and Processing cases in SalesforceProcessing: Refunds and CreditsCancelling Accounts as neededReviewing accounts to verify correct billingCorrecting billing and other errors in billing systemReactivating canceled accountsVoiding PaymentsProcess changes as neededAny other project as assignedRequiredMinimum of one to two years of Data Entry/AnalysisSelf-starter must be productive with minimal directionAbility to work in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment.Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skillsNOTE: Only for US residence
