Description :BW Flexible Systems is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to grow our business in the Southwest territory by securing new machinery orders for our packaging solutions. In this role, you'll develop and implement business strategies to expand our client base and foster customer loyalty while working within our global corporate structure. This position requires heavy travel & the identified employee must reside in or near Dallas, TX & will support the Southwest territory including TX, OK, NM, AZ & surrounding states. Key ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed sales quota for BW Flexible Systems packaging machinery (scales, bag fillers, sealers, palletizers, and integrated system solutions)Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customersAnalyze industry and client data to create effective account strategiesProvide detailed customer requirements to develop accurate and timely sales proposalsTrack competitive landscape and customer needs to enhance our market positionResolve customer claims and complaints following company processesMaintain accurate records in CRM software for all customer interactions and opportunitiesDevelop working knowledge of relevant finance mechanisms for the regionPromote additional company services (TCO, parts, training, field service)Identify opportunities and facilitate product demonstrationsForecast monthly/quarterly sales activity and execute territory business plansQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (or technical degree with proven industry experience) preferred5+ years of B2B capital equipment sales experienceSolid knowledge of packaging machinery used in food, chemical, animal feed, milling, B2B and CPG industries3+ years of experience with complex systems sales process and/or packaging machineryKey account management experience with major CPG companiesExperience in packaging machinery wholesale business model working with distributors and agentsSkills & CompetenciesExcellent relationship-building and interpersonal skillsStrong oral, written, and presentation communication abilitiesProfessional, customer-centric approachGoal-oriented with strong negotiation skillsElectrical/mechanical aptitude for machine applicationsExcellent organizational and time management capabilitiesSelf-motivated with ability to execute sales strategiesDetail-oriented with technical proficiency (MS Office, CRM, AutoCAD viewer)Valid driver's license and good driving recordMust reside in or near Dallas, TX with proximity to an airportJoin our team and be part of our commercial excellence journey while helping customers discover solutions that meet their packaging needs#LI-CP1Barry-Wehmiller is an equal opportunity employer.
