Position OverviewThe Center Sales Director leads the daily operations of a European Wax Center location by driving team performance, financial results linked to sales, and the guest experience. This role is responsible for coaching, development, hiring, and all operational aspects of the center. As the highest on-site leadership role, the CSD ensures compliance with policies, maintains a high-performing team, and upholds EWC Growth’s values and service standards.Essential FunctionsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentHire, train, and retain high-performing associatesConduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance evaluationsCultivate a positive work culture that promotes accountability and motivationGuest Experience Oversight Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service by all associatesHandle escalated guest issues and complaints with professionalismSupport the front desk team and model service excellenceSales & Business PerformanceDrive retail sales, Wax Passes, and service bookingsMonitor and achieve center KPIs and revenue goalsExecute local marketing strategies and community engagementAdministrative Operations Create associate schedules and manage labor budgetsMaintain center compliance with training, licensing, and HR policiesOversee daily operations including timekeeping, payroll, and depositsFacility Management & Compliance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized center environmentEnsure adherence to safety protocols and EWC standardsAudit inventory and handle product orders and EFT/payment processesRequirements3+ years in a sales leadership or management role (retail, beauty, or telecommunications industries preferred) Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targetsTeam leadership and talent developmentFinancial acumen, budget management, and schedule creation Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict resolutionGuest service and sales expertiseProficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systemsFull-time, open availability with flexibility to work evenings and weekends Must lift up to 25 lbs with the ability to stand for extended periods of time Equal Employment Opportunity StatementEWC Growth is an equal opportunity employer.
