Enterprise Client ExecutiveAs the Enterprise Client Executive you will manage contracts and relationships with select IDN's for Philips Healthcare Products. Your role includes working strategically at the C-Level and cross-functionally with the internal Philips sales team. You will act as the single point of contact to drive strategy with a key IDN account. You will solidify the trusted advisor role by providing market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape information, and healthcare legislation information that assists the account in reaching its goals. You will leverage the business and partnership relationship to retain and build toward a full Philips solution and product portfolio standardization. You will identify a strong funnel of growth potential by analyzing contract status, standardization plan, evaluating current contracts, products, needs, care gaps install base, and construction strategies to leverage into deal strategies. You will act as single point of contact for Tier 1, 2 IDN HQ accounts and own executive level relationships. You will communicate, align and drive the team to execute on the account strategy. You will maintain account funnel, forecast and AOP performance. You will coach the sales team to meet and manage customer expectations throughout the sales process.You're the right fit if you have the following: a four-year college degree or equivalent preferred and a minimum of eight years of field sales experience required (experience with C-Level and IDNs required). Experience leading account teams and selling to accounts that can produce large sales volumes and/or market share growth preferred. Experience selling into accounts that are characterized by a complex sales cycle with multiple decision makers. The ability to engage the customer and draw them into meaningful, in-depth conversations and educate the customer about industry trends and business issues. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this sales position.We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least three days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This is a field role in the Greater Chicago market.We are a health technology company. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the target earning potential is $265,000 to $300,000, annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target earnings pay is only one component of the Philips total rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
