We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead the outreach, sales, and marketing efforts for our assisted living community.This is a rewarding opportunity for a driven individual to make a meaningful impact while building strong relationships with prospective residents, referral partners, and the local community.Position SummaryThe Director of Marketing is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing and sales strategies to support occupancy growth. This role focuses on lead generation, community partnerships, effective follow-up, and guiding prospective residents through the move-in process.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing, sales, and outreach strategies to achieve census goalsBuild strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, referral sources, and community organizationsManage inquiries, schedule and conduct tours, and support prospects through the full sales cycleAttend and coordinate events, presentations, and networking activitiesMaintain accurate CRM data and prepare weekly/monthly reportsCollaborate with leadership on marketing plans and community engagement initiativesPromote a warm, welcoming environment for prospective residents and visitors QualificationsExperience in senior living, healthcare marketing, or sales (required)Strong understanding of assisted living regulations and referral networks (preferred)Demonstrated success in census development or community outreachExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skillsAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and meet sales goalsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We OfferCompetitive salary: $60,000–$80,000, based on experienceBonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, etc.)Supportive leadership and opportunities for growth Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
