Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will support various marketing initiatives and contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and print.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Support product management efforts by coordinating product launches and maintaining product information.
  • Manage content updates on the company website using WordPress, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Utilize Marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visuals using Adobe Creative Suite for various marketing materials.
  • Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and assist in optimizing online sales strategies.
  • Help manage budgets for marketing projects, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in research methodologies to gather relevant market data.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools for tracking campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of budgeting processes related to marketing initiatives.
  • Proficient in WordPress for website management and content updates.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
