We’re hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to support live events, community activations, and nonprofit outreach campaigns . Full paid training and mentorship are provided. Role Overview As an Event Assistant, you’ll help coordinate and execute local events that promote nonprofit partners and socially responsible brands . You’ll play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly and that attendees have a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Assist with event setup, signage, displays, and materials Greet attendees and provide basic campaign information Support team leads with logistics, registration, and crowd engagement Help manage booth activities, promotional items, and outreach stations Engage with community members to build awareness and participation Collect simple event data and attendee feedback Maintain a friendly, professional presence throughout events Who We’re Looking For No prior event experience?
