Intermediate Interior Designer - Hospitality Projects | Las Vegas, NV **Relocation Package is available** This is an extraordinary opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer to shine in the luxury hospitality industry. This is an exciting chance to live in the growing city of Las Vegas while also traveling internationally for major projects.   We seek for our 5-star hospitality client an Intermediate Interior Designer, either technically focused or selections focused.  The Interior Designer is responsible for collaborating with the VPs of Design, Directors of Design, and Senior Designers in the creation, execution, and documentation of a project’s comprehensive interiors scheme, involving the coordination of interior architecture, space programming, space planning, FF&E, and color/materials. This role supports the Directors of Design with the design, selection, and specification of all furnishings, fixtures, and finishes (custom or commercially available) and is responsible for understanding the creative, technical, budgetary, operational, and design document coordination accountability for all facets of the interior FF&E package. The Intermediate Interior Designer supports the development and interdisciplinary coordination of all design documents and specifications to ensure the highest quality of design representation for use and coordination by the entire project team. Qualifications Bachelors/Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or Project Management from an accredited academic institution 5+ years of design and/or project management and/or experience with leading design teams, including 5+ years of experience in significant hospitality and/or entertainment-related design projects  A portfolio of work demonstrating abilities Recently completed (within the past 24 months) significant resort hospitality projects through construction administration with field and project closeout experience  International project and/or client experience preferred Four and/or Five Star resort hospitality or residential experience preferred Strong previous peer consultant relationships based on successful project experience and trust preferred NCARB Architectural registration and/or NCIDQ Interior Design accreditation preferred Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, AutoCAD 2018 or newer, Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat, Hand Sketches, Microsoft Office, REVIT 2018 or Newer, Space Planning Intermediate proficiency in AutoDesk Form IT, Procore/BIM360/PlanGrid/Other, Sketchup, Spexx or Similar  Experience with Consultant Management, Master-Planning, Microsoft Project/Primavera Design sensitive, have finely tuned aesthetic sensibilities, and have a broad design vocabulary in order to support high-profile clients, high-caliber design teams, and high-end design projects with exceptional attention to detail.  Ability to communicate visually through excellent drawing ability, illustration, and descriptive writing.  Industry knowledge and awareness of design processes and procedures supporting world-class leaders in design and innovation.  Compensation and Benefits Annual Salary + Bonus Structure + Full Benefits Package Bonus plan eligibility Benefits Package - medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, PTO (vacation & holidays), catered lunch, relocation assistance For immediate review and consideration, contact: Ashley Levin - Ashley@InteriorTalent.com Interior Talent, Inc Since its founding in 2003, Interior Talent has evolved into one of the leading talent recruitment and retention firms for the Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Retail, and Manufacturing industries.
