Senior Project Manager | Interior Design | Las Vegas, NV **Relocation Package is available** Are you ready to lead some of the worlds most extraordinary hospitality design projects? Our internationally recognized design firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in large-scale, luxury hospitality interiors to oversee complex projects from vision through completion. This is an opportunity to take the helm of iconic, five-star projects that redefine the guest experience across the globe. As Senior Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind project deliverybalancing creative vision with precision execution. You will oversee cross-disciplinary teams, manage consultants, and serve as a trusted partner to international clients. From luxury hotels to expansive resorts, your leadership will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest level of design excellence. What Youll Do Lead multiple large-scale hospitality interior design projects (5-star preferred) from concept through construction. Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and resources with meticulous attention to detail. Coordinate and manage consultants, vendors, and client communications across global markets. Guide design teams in aligning creative excellence with technical execution. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements while driving efficiency. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Project Management. 812 years of progressive experience in project management within hospitality interiors. Proven track record delivering at least 5 completed large-scale hospitality projects. International project or client experience (preferred). PMP certification (required). Expert proficiency in: Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat, Consultant Management, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project/Primavera, Microsoft Word, Procore/BIM360/PlanGrid (or equivalent). Proficiency in: Adobe InDesign, AutoCAD (2018+), Revit (2018+), space planning, hand sketching, masterplanning, and specification software (Spexx or similar).
