We currently have an opening for a Warehouse Supervisor in our Greenville, South Carolina facility for 3rd shift. This candidate will manage all warehouse activities on assigned shift which includes processing shipments, storage of supplies, material and equipment. Supervise personnel engaged in transporting and loading of materials while promoting the efficient and economical use of storage and distribution. Responsibilities Daily scheduling for warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing in order to service in house customers Utilize continuous improvement with managers and supervisors to improve customer service to production and eliminate stock outs Coordinates the verifications and reconciliation of inventory accuracy and cycle counts Monitors warehouse team performance and keeps managers informed of performance issues Maintain a safe and clean work environment Qualifications Prefer Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree, but not mandatory 5 years work experience with inventory control and warehouse management Experienced in departmental budgeting process 3/4 years prior warehouse experience, including supervisor experience Shipping and/or Receiving experience Perform heavy lifting Dependable, trustworthy Self-starter, team player Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-point) Fluent in Oracle Ensures work environment is safe, secure and in compliance with government regulations, GMPs and SOPs Able to instruct and train others General computer navigation skills and ability to learn new oracle software Have good math skills and handwriting History of good attendance required with a history of dependability and responsibility General knowledge of all areas of plant warehouse Good communication skills (verbal and written). ability to follow both written and verbal instructions Overtime required when needed (including weekends)
