Responsibilities: Manage and improve operational practices Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines Track and forecast operational trends and analysis Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams Collaborate with management and customers to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changes Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, including approving time cards, scheduling time off, and assigning breaks Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations Conduct safety investigations and draft incident reports for executive review Must be able to maintain and grow existing business Monitor operational performance, assess quality and delivery requirements, track KPI metrics, and publish monthly results Oversee all team operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget Inventory and quality control Experience: BA in Business, Management , Engineering or related field LEAN, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement and Process Engineering Food/Pharma/Chemical 5 plus years of Warehouse Operations Management experience Warehouse Distribution management experience Ensures compliance with all safety policies Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization Jasleen Kaur Ajulia Executive Search is a search firm specializing in Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal and Pharmaceutical positions.
