No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential. #LI-DNI Technologies JavaScript, Node.js, React, GraphQL, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, MongoDB, and AWS services like CloudFront, S3, EC2, Lambda, ELB Responsibilities Oversight of coding and development activities Effective delegation of tasks without excessive control Enhancement of team productivity and overall impact Independent decision-making for the team Leadership in technical discussions and effective technical decision-making Collaboration with engineers to define and review architecture Support in code review processes and bug resolution Prioritization of high-impact projects Collaboration with product teams to manage project scope and deliverables Conversion of product requirements into technical specifications Assurance of timely project delivery Requirements BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent qualification 7+ years of experience in software development 2+ years of experience in a relevant leadership role Expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, ReactJS Proficient verbal and written English communication skills Knowledge of web development, service-oriented architecture, and cloud computing Experience with AWS or GCP High emotional intelligence Robust interpersonal skills Skill in analyzing complex problems and providing effective solutions Experience in fostering a collaborative and enjoyable team environment Nice to have Advanced AWS certifications Contributions to open-source projects Leadership training or certifications
