What’s a typical day as Talent Acquisition Coordinator? You’ll be: - Supporting the delivery and execution of global enablement programs for Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Operations & Innovation team. - Coordinating training logistics, including scheduling, materials, and adoption tracking to ensure smooth program implementation. - Assisting in the development of playbooks, guides, and process walkthroughs while maintaining content to support standardized best practices. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: - Hold a bachelor’s degree and have experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, or Learning and Development. - Possess strong organization and project coordination skills that enable you to manage program logistics effectively. - Are an effective communicator and collaborator, skilled with digital tools like MS Teams and SharePoint.
