Acuity is seeking a Product Management Intern to support five Acuity product lines by accelerating discovery, clarifying requirements, enabling MVP analytics, and improving execution quality. Deliver customer insights, PRDs/user stories, experiment results, and KPI dashboards that help Product Leads make faster, better decisions. Start Date: May 2026 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Plan and conduct lightweight discovery (screeners, interviews, synthesis); create opportunity briefs and value‑prop hypotheses. Draft PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partner with Engineering/UX; support sprint rituals and backlog hygiene. Define baseline product KPIs; support instrumentation; build/update MVP dashboards; analyze and present insights. Design and evaluate small experiments (A/B, smoke tests); recommend decisions based on data and customer evidence. Prepare stakeholder updates and operating docs; coordinate with Comms, CX, and Branding for product launches. Regular and predictable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION: Enrolled in Bachelor’s (rising junior/senior) or Graduate program; PM curriculum or related field (Business, CS, IS, Data). Coursework or projects in product discovery, agile methods, and basic analytics; familiarity with PM software; comfort with spreadsheets. EXPERIENCE: Excellent communication; structured problem solving; curiosity and bias to action; ability to work hybrid/onsite as needed; US work authorization for internship period. Figma/prototyping, GA4/Mixpanel/Looker/Tableau exposure preferred. Customer interview practice; experiment design/analysis preferred. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Participate in optional community events and internal learning sessions. Contribute to recruiting/branding moments (blog post, lunch and learn). *Acuity does not sponsor applicants for U.S. work authorization.* This job is classified as nonexempt. The pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
