Follow us on Glassdoor and LinkedIn Position Overview: As a member of the Corporate Development team, the Sr Partner Operations Specialist will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiencies, facilitating smooth integrations, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a strong background in operational management and a proven track record of improving processes within dynamic, fast-paced, multi-vendor environments. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Conduct operational assessments and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. Develop and maintain comprehensive operational playbooks for partnerships and acquisitions, standardizing procedures to streamline activities and reduce time to value. Assist in the management and optimization of the Partner Program, enhancing partner onboarding, engagement, and success metrics. Monitor and report on the performance of integrated operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Provide operational support and guidance to teams across the organization, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in corporate development operations to continuously improve internal processes. Ensures quality and on time deliverables. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Proven experience in operational or project management roles with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Working knowledge of SaaS and vendor / partner ecosystems. Outstanding presentation/facilitation, organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and written/oral communication skills. Ability to proactively identify and resolve process issues in a timely manner. Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google’s portfolio of products. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of banking concepts within the financial services industry. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and terminology. Desired Skills: Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to work effectively across all levels of the organization and third parties. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. High degree of adaptability and flexibility, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Careful attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
