You will:Process Critical Transactions: Expertly handle vehicle registration, titling, licensing, and property tax payments using cash, card, and check.Ensure Data and Document Integrity: Meticulously verify identification, ownership documentation, and financial instruments for accuracy and authenticity, mitigating fraud risks.Maintain Records: Accurately input sensitive data into secure state systems and manage precise financial records daily.Deliver Exceptional Guidance: Provide clear, friendly, and timely assistance to every customer, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at the service counter.Commit to Professional Development: Actively participate in hands-on, procedural training to continuously build specialized skills.What We're Looking For:We are seeking candidates who combine strong customer service instincts with a high degree of administrative rigor:High school diploma or GED (U.S.-accredited).6+ months of recent, hands-on, in-person customer service experience that includes routine, high-volume cash handling (e.g., banking, retail management, hospitality).Typing ability of 30+ WPM.Exceptional attention to detail, demonstrated professionalism, and unwavering reliability.A proven ability to maintain composure and focus in a high-pressure, customer-facing setting.Compensation & Benefits:Pay: $15.00 per hour, paid weekly.Schedule: Stable Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
