If you possess excellent bilingual communication skills and are committed to service excellence, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities and Impact:As a Bilingual Window Teller, your core duties will include:Bilingual Communication: Delivering comprehensive explanations and professional assistance to customers in both Spanish and English.Transaction Management: Processing vehicle registrations, titles, licensing documents, and tax payments with speed and accuracy.Data Integrity: Meticulously verifying customer documentation and securely entering information into specialized systems.Customer Advocacy: Maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor while successfully navigating a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Successful candidates will receive full paid training and continuous support to excel in this specialized field.Candidate Qualifications:High school diploma or GED (U.S.-accredited).Minimum of six (6) months of recent, in-person customer service experience that includes routine cash handling (e.g., banking, retail, hospitality, or similar roles).Typing proficiency of 30+ WPM.Bilingual Requirement​​​​​​​: Fluent in both English and Spanish.Proven record of strong attention to detail and a commitment to professional service standards.Schedule and Compensation:Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Occasional Saturday work may be required).Compensation: $15.00 per hour, paid weekly.Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options are available.Locations: Positions are available across multiple Harris County Tax Office locations.Career Advancement: This position offers invaluable, specialized experience in public service operations, serving as an excellent foundational step toward long-term career growth in related fields.
