Entry- Level Sales Apprenticeship (Leadership Track)Who this is forThis role is for early‑career people who want a long‑term sales path, not just a summer job.You might be coming from retail, fast food, serving, warehouse/blue‑collar work, customer service, or you skipped/left college and want a real career.You start with an intensive Summer 2026 ramp (6 days/week, in‑person, door‑to‑door). If you hit expectations and like the work, this continues as an ongoing, quota‑carrying sales role with a clear leadership track, not aninternship.This is not a chill job. It’s long hours, outdoors, talking to strangers and hearing “no” a lot. If that turns you off, don’t apply.What you’ll doGo door‑to‑door in assigned neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our pest control servicesUse a proven script to present, handle objections, and close new customersWork 6 days per week during the summer ramp, typically 8-10 hours per day, mostly on your feet and outdoorsAttend daily morning training and role‑plays with your team leadAfter ramp: run your own territory as an ongoing rep, hitting weekly and monthly sales quotas agreed with your managerTrack your activity and results like a business: doors, conversations, closes, revenue, and commissions.Career path & leadership trackThis role is designed as a starting point in a sales career, not a one‑off summer.Typical progression (timelines depend on performance):Months 0–3: New Rep – learn the system, hit ramp quotas, prove you can produce and show upMonths 4–12: Senior Rep – higher personal production targets, helpshadow/train new hires12+ months: Team Lead – run morning trainings, coach a small team, and earn overrides on your reps’ salesTop performers can eventually run a full team/office with significant override potential.We want people who are excited about staying on and moving up if the fit is right.Requirements (read before applying)At least 18 by May 1 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.Available full‑time for the Summer 2026 ramp (approx.
