Description The OpportunityEmbry-Riddle Aeronautical University–Prescott is seeking an innovative, student-centered, and strategically minded Director of Housing and Residence Life to lead an expanding residential program during an exciting period of institutional growth. Serving as the Senior Housing Officer and a key member of the Division of Student Affairs Leadership Team, the Director provides vision, direction, and executive leadership for a dynamic department.With multiple new residential facilities housing over 300 additional beds coming online next year, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to build, shape, and elevate a thriving residential experience at a nationally recognized institution. The Director will oversee a current portfolio of over 1,400 beds, a talented team of eight full-time professionals, and 50+ student staff.Position DetailsThis is a full-time, 12-month, live-off position with on-call responsibilities that plays a pivotal role in the student experience and campus infrastructure planning.
