Commercial Lease Analyst

ResponsibilitiesThe Commercial Lease Analyst function is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of the data of each lease managed in their portfolio in a Property Management system adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures of the department approved by ownership and management. The Commercial Lease Analyst reports directly to the Director of Commercial Lease Administration, as well as works directly with ownership and management to provide accurate lease information in a timely manner to improve the focus and direction of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesHandling a portfolio of mixed-use properties (Retail & Office)Abstract all leases and lease related documents and enter them into a Property Management SystemUpload documents into Prophia and assist with on clearing lease related questions from the Prophia team Serves as a gatekeeper of the data in the Property Management System to ensure the data integrity of that systemEnsure that all lease-related transactions; monthly rent, insurance and common area charges are reviewed and properly recordedPrepare and bill Real Estate Taxes and Common Area Maintenance reconciliationsPrepare & track invoicing for tenant utility consumption and other regular charges in the Property Management SystemPrepare and review commercial Tenant income and expense sections of the budgetPrint, review and send to tenant monthly billings and invoices. Coordinate, review and prepare miscellaneous invoices for tenants in conjunction with AR and operationsReview, analyze and document accounts receivable issues between landlord and tenant.
