This hybrid role blends property operations with hands-on leasing activities. You will manage tenant relations, coordinate maintenance, monitor property performance, and help market and lease available spaces.You will work closely with AllView leadership, accounting, marketing, and maintenance to keep each property running smoothly and to support leasing activity. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, and comfortable managing both financial details and client conversations.About the Commercial PortfolioAllView’s commercial portfolio includes a diverse mix of retail, office, and mixed-use properties across key markets in Southern California. We focus on operational excellence, tenant experience, and long-term asset value across every property we manage.This role provides the opportunity to work directly with ownership and leadership to grow and enhance our commercial division, helping drive performance across a portfolio that is expanding both in size and complexity.What You Will DoCommercial Property ManagementOversee day-to-day operations for assigned commercial propertiesServe as the primary contact for tenants and ownersManage maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with approved vendorsConduct regular property inspections and document conditionsSupport budgeting, operating expenses, and CAM reconciliationsAssist with monthly financial reporting and lease complianceTrack upcoming lease expirations and prepare renewal informationCommercial LeasingList available suites and coordinate property marketingRespond to leasing inquiries and schedule showingsSupport basic underwriting and collect tenant financialsPrepare LOIs using company templatesWork with leadership on negotiation and final deal termsHelp onboard new tenants and coordinate move-insTeam CollaborationWork closely with the CEO, COO, and Director of Property Management  on leasing and portfolio strategyCollaborate with accounting on budgets, NNN reconciliations, and reportingCoordinate with marketing on listing updates and marketing packagesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: $80,000 to $85,000 basePerformance bonuses and leasing commissions expected to be $10,000-$20,000+/ yrHealth, dental, and vision insuranceTwo weeks PTO plus paid holidays401K with company match after one yearMileage reimbursementPhone stipendQualificationsRequired3 or more years in commercial property management or commercial leasingStrong communication skills and comfort interacting with business ownersUnderstanding of commercial lease types including NNN and modified grossOrganized, dependable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesExperience with property management or CRM softwareCalifornia Real Estate License or willingness to obtain it immediately after start datePreferredExperience managing small retail, office, or mixed-use propertiesFamiliarity with budgeting, reporting, and CAM reconciliationsSuccess in the First Six MonthsRespond to all client and tenant inquiries within 24hoursComplete all scheduled property inspectionsMaintain strong tenant satisfaction and positive relationshipsSupport lease renewals and reduce vacancy timeDeliver accurate documentation and timely reportingWhy Join AllViewAt AllView, you are joining a company that is constantly growing and creating new opportunities for our team.
