You will be responsible for driving the acquisition and retention of dealer partners within your assigned territory. You'll Have... Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field3+ years of direct experience working for an automotive OEM in a field-based role, interacting with dealerships.3+ years of experience in B2B field sales, account management, or business development.Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.A self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage a large geographic territory.Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 75%).A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Even Better, You May Have…5+ years of experience in the automotive industry sales or F&I.Deep understanding of dealership F&I (Finance & Insurance) department operations and profitability drivers.Experience selling intangible products or services (., service contracts, financial products, software).A basic understanding of insurance principles is a strong plus.Proven ability to manage multiple, often conflicting, priorities effectively.What you’ll receive in return…As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice.
