This individual will work closely with customers, product management, and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, as well as identify and prioritize product improvements.Key Responsibilities:• Provide technical support and guidance to the customer support team and internal teams as needed • Lead technical resolution of complex customer issues and provide support to junior support engineers • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to identify and prioritize product improvements based on customer feedback and performance data • Provide technical training and guidance to the customer support team and internal teams as needed • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for the company's products • Stay current on new product releases and updates, as well as industry trends and technologies • Represent the company in technical presentations and discussions with customers and industry experts • Mentor and develop junior support engineers and provide performance feedback • Identify and implement process improvements to improve customer satisfaction and support efficiencyQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field • 6-9 years of experience in product support or a related field • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Proficient with using Microsoft Office products • 6-9 years of Measurement and Visual Inspection experience • 6-9 years of experience with the collection and analyzing of non-conformance data to create Trend charts and reports • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with mechanical and technical concepts • Ability to work well in a team environment • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics • Strong leadership and mentorship skills • Experience in creation of standard work instructions • Experience in process improvement and project management.Quest Global is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
