We are seeking a Rework Test Technician to join our manufacturing team, dedicated to ensuring the quality and functionality of electronic assemblies. This role focuses on disassembling, reworking, and reassembling aircraft interior components due to design changes. After rework, you will also set up and operate complex test stand equipment to verify that components meet quality and performance standards. The parts you’ll work on include furniture, tables, walls, and other interior elements for a passenger aircraft Key Responsibilities Disassemble and rework aircraft interior components according to provided instructions. Reassemble parts with accuracy and maintain proper organization of all components. Set up and configure test stand equipment for component testing, ensuring proper calibration and functionality. Perform functional testing on completed assemblies to verify quality. Communicate with engineers and team members to suggest improvements and resolve issues. Follow safety and quality standards throughout all operations. Qualifications Previous experience in assembly, rework, or testing within a manufacturing or aerospace environment. Ability to read and interpret instructions, diagrams, or models. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple parts and components. Comfortable using basic hand tools and working in a dynamic environment with frequent changes. Experience setting up and troubleshooting test equipment or similar systems is highly preferred. Problem-solving mindset and willingness to collaborate with engineering teams.
