Job Description Employee Benefits Department Manager Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Benefits Department Manager to lead and oversee the Benefits Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, personnel management, and a proven ability to manage a team effectively. This role requires occasional in-person office visits on a quarterly basis for team meetings. Compensation Package Competitive salary range: $100,000–$115,000 annually Exceptional candidates with outstanding qualifications may be considered for higher compensation Flexible start date, with an immediate need Responsibilities Lead and manage the Employee Benefits Department, overseeing a team of 10–15 direct reports Ensure the successful servicing of accounts, with an average size of 20–50 group lives Provide support for servicing needs as required Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and client satisfaction Maintain and improve processes within the department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with leadership and other departments to align goals and objectives Qualifications/Requirements 5–7 years of experience in employee benefits, with a focus on fully insured, level-funded, and self-funded plans Proven personnel management experience is strongly preferred Proficiency in EPIC software is required Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a strong plus Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining team cohesion and productivity #LI-BO1
