Customer Program ManagerSalary Range: $86,700 - $115,600What You’ll Do:1. Customer Interaction and Program Management: - Primary contact for the customer post-award. - Ensures understanding and execution of all contracts and statements of work. - Manages ongoing program profitability and adherence to SLAs.2. Financial and Operational Management: - Tracks and meets customer program profitability goals. - Monitors and reports adherence to SLAs.3. Continuous Improvement and Relationship Management: - Identifies opportunities for improvement post-implementation. - Collaborates with internal teams and the customer to enhance program effectiveness.What We’re Looking For:Experience: 5 to 8 years in a relevant role.Skills: Includes project management, financial management, customer relationship management, and ability to work under pressure.Knowledge: Understanding of customer agreements, program requirements, and ability to drive issue resolution.Working Conditions:Work Environment: Professional office environment with potential for remote work.Travel: Requires frequent travel (approximately 25% of the time).Availability: Occasional non-standard work hours and on-call availability may be necessary.This role is highly focused on managing customer programs post-sales, ensuring profitability, adherence to agreements, and fostering continuous improvement.
