Job Summary: Tuvli is in need of a Collaboration Specialist to perform management analyst tasks and support the day-to-day operations of the Department of State (DOS) Office of Security Management (SM). As the Collaboration Specialist for SM, the incumbent performs a variety of functions that support the day-to-day operations of the Branch. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Develops surveys to identify customer satisfaction and needs. Updates SM’s close of business duty roster on SM’s Intranet Page, Updates the passport expiration dates for Diplomatic Passports for all employees, updates documents and links on internal SharePoint sites. Updates the Post Assignments for TSB, SEB and SSO as requested when changes in portfolio occur. Assists with drafting of SM’s activities into a comprehensive report of tasks completed which is disseminated to the Front Office weekly. This process requires gathering data from all SM divisions and branches to ensure the report properly reflects the variety of tasks performed by the office. Assists the OBO/SM /ASD branch by analyzing and preparing various reports as they relate to work performed by IDIQ delegated contracts deployed worldwide in support of OBO/SM and by making sure that funding is available for deployment of equipment to embassies overseas and ensuring that TPCs have the proper clearances and training to perform their duties overseas. Responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint data related to travel of IDIQ Personnel to ensure their logistical readiness as well as assist, develop, and maintain SharePoint data of OBO/SM employees PII Information to facilitate quick access by Senior Management. Regularly tasked with drafting and analyzing complex RFCA packages for Front Office approval in support of OBO/SM Vehicle Barrier, Force-Entry Ballistic, and Perimeter Fence programs by liaising with SM, FM, RM and CM for expeditious processing. Serves as an alternate, responsible for maintaining the Facility Emergency Action Plan (FEAP) Booklet that provides the Office of Security Management employees vital information in case of unforeseen office accidents or evacuations. Required to complete other projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is preferred or 5+ years related work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint. Excellent customer interfacing and service skills to support effective interaction with staff, management, customers (internal and external), and others. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organization and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize many complex tasks simultaneously. Ability to research, interpret and implement bureau policies and procedures. Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
