The Irrigation Manager will ensure the continuous development of irrigation practices along with ensuring excellent quality, customer service and customer satisfaction. Irrigation system management: Overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of irrigation systems. This includes developing irrigation schedules, water budgets, and maintenance plans.  Water usage: Measuring water usage and monitoring plant health.  Irrigation system repairs: Identifying and executing repairs and performing or coordinating system startups and winterizations.  Irrigation system installation: Supervising the installation of new irrigation systems.  Irrigation system safety: Creating a culture of safe behavior and providing safe systems of work.  Irrigation system documentation: Completing paperwork, notes, and forms accurately and in a timely fashion.  Irrigation system equipment: Ensuring that required materials and equipment are acquired and ready for all projects. I think I have this in procurement  Irrigation system staff: Assisting in the hiring, training, and development of team members.  Compensation: Dependent on Experience Requirements Irrigation manager requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in irrigation management. Competent knowledge of irrigation installation, maintenance, and components. Ability to read and interpret irrigation plans and site plans. Possess NC Irrigation License  Preferably Possess NC Plumbing License  Possess Valid Driver’s License  Additional skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in a TEAM environment. Strong communication skills. Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently. High level of attention to detail.
