(CRBS) is seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our business and build lasting customer relationships. This role offers the opportunity to excel in business-to-business sales with the potential to earn unlimited income.Position: Outside Sales RepresentativeAs an Outside Sales Representative, you will sell exterior and interior building products to both new and existing contractors. You will manage relationships with current customers while strategically developing new business opportunities in the industry. Our Outside Sales Representatives are key to providing customers with superior service and a full range of products and solutions to meet their contracting needs.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow new and existing customer relationshipsMake cold calls and follow up on sales leadsSchedule and conduct appointments with prospective customersProvide solutions and follow-up support to customersTrain customers and their teams on various products and servicesAssist customers with credit and collections as neededQualifications:Valid driver's license and clean driving recordExceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProfessional appearance and polished presentation skillsStrong organizational skills and positive, team-oriented attitudePrior sales experience with exterior and interior building products preferredIntermediate computer skillsSchedule:Full-time, 40 hours per weekCompensation & Benefits:Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits include:401(k) with company match (after 90 days)Health, dental, vision, and life insuranceShort-term disability coverageFlexible Spending Account (FSA) / Health Savings Account (HSA)Paid time offCandidate must successfully complete a background screen and drug testing prior to hire.
