Amanda Mittnacht August 8, 2025 Salesforce Engagement Manager / Delivery Leader Amanda Mittnacht August 8, 2025 Job SummaryThe core function of the Salesforce Engagement Manager / Delivery Leader is to develop and manage full project lifecycle, scope, budget, timeline, resources, deliverables, issues and escalations while continually setting client expectations and transitioning to support after go-live. Job Responsibilities Include:Overall responsibility for Salesforce project success and customer successAssist with project planning and other pre-sales activitiesLead pre-sales teams in development and execution of proposals including management of scope, schedule, budget and designLead project teams in development and execution of project plans including management of scope, schedule, budget and qualityLead project teams in a hands-on fashion in regard to understanding and configuring Salesforce productsOptimize plans and resources to deliver maximum value to clientsDevelop trusted adviser relationships with clients based on commitment to customer service and ability to craft solutions within the Salesforce ecosystemCollaborate with project team and practice leader to bring thought leadership and the full force of Eigen X to your engagementsCoach, mentor and develop junior resources through leadership skills and hands-on teaching capabilitiesRequired Competencies and Characteristics:3+ years of overall work experienceExcellent written and oral interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesKeen attention to detail and desire to succeedProven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentEducation and Experience:BA/BS degree in a technical, business or related disciplineAt least one active Salesforce.com certificationExperience in one or more of the following industries desired but not required (Higher Education, Non-Profit, Manufacturing/Consumer Products, Technology)Experience in customer-facing roles2+ years consulting experience, Salesforce. com or other CRM or SaaS solutions2+ years of Project Management experienceBasic understanding of Agile Methodology and Best Practices If interested in applying, please provide your resume and contact information to jobs@eigenx.com.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
